Welcome to our Phase 1: Basic Training in Human Trafficking Prevention!

This baseline course is designed for online, self-paced study that will introduce participants to a variety of topics associated with the prevention of commercial sexual exploitation.

Course Format:

Modality: Online, Self Paced

Time Commitment:

  • You have 6 weeks (45 days) from your cohort’s date of the initial zoom meeting to complete all requirements for the course.
  • Each session’s video, quiz, and practical application can be completed in approximately two hours.

Course Requirements:

While self-paced, if participants would like to receive a certificate of completion or be eligible to move on to Phase 2: Volunteer Training, this course, must be done sequentially in the following order:

  1. Register and pay the registration fee of $45 per participant (or 40 Euros for those in Europe)
  2. Complete the Pre-Test (no minimum passing score required.)
  3. Watch each session video
  4. Complete the “Practical Application”
  5. Pass each quiz with 80% or more.
  6. After completing all 6 sessions – Take the Post-Test

Talk 4: Didactics for Prevention (focus on 3 – 8 years old)

Talk 5: Adolescent Brain Development and The Online World

Talk 6: Trauma Informed Activism
